Cancellation or returns

In the event of placing an incorrect order, you have the option to cancel it. If your order has already been delivered, the return conditions will apply.

Please take note: Colored cabinets fall under the category of ‘products manufactured according to specific wishes.’ Colored cabinets are custom-made and painted upon request. The right to cancel expires after 2 weeks as a result.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, you have a 14-day withdrawal period to do so. This means that you can contact us within 14 days after receiving your order to initiate the return process. Following this contact, you have an additional 14 days to send the order back to us.

There are specific conditions associated with this right of withdrawal, including:

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders in color (only regular, clear lacquered).
• The order must be in its original condition (with no assembly traces).
• The order must not have any damages.
