Shipping and Delivery Time
At Lundia Original, our orders range from small to very large. How your order is delivered depends on the number of parts. Below, we give you an indication of the shipping methods we use:
- Small orders (1-5 parts) These are usually shipped with PostNL. Once your order has been shipped, you can find the track & trace code in your own Lundia account to follow your package.
- Medium orders (5-15 parts) These are usually delivered by XXL Pakket, an external carrier specialized in unusual package sizes. They will contact you by email to inform you of the expected delivery time.

Large orders (15+ parts) We usually deliver these to you ourselves. In this case, we will always contact you personally by telephone to agree on a suitable delivery time.
We will always contact you first for each delivery. This way we ensure that you are well prepared for the delivery.
If you are unexpectedly not at home:
- Small orders will then be delivered to the neighbors or a PostNL collection point.
- Medium and large orders we will take it back with us. We will then make a new delivery appointment with you.
Postage costs
For orders up to €400,- we charge a shipping rate of €8,95. For all orders above €400,- we cover the shipping costs. The calculation of the shipping costs is automatically adjusted during the checkout process.
Delivery time
The delivery time of your order depends on the ordered parts and colors. If the delivery time deviates from the times mentioned below, we will contact you by phone.
- Accessories: Shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Cabinet parts in Regular: 2 weeks. (except parts 50/60 cm deep, 120 cm wide, drawers, doors, insert boxes and desk tops)
- Cabinet parts in color: 6-8 weeks.
- Glass parts: 6-8 weeks.
- Drawers, doors, desk and top surfaces (also Regular): 6-8 weeks.
