Right of withdrawal & return policy

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., in writing, by post, fax, or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products. This includes, but is not limited to: custom-made sliding door wardrobes or cabinets & parts sprayed in a special color.

Returns

After notifying your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the parts to us. As a customer, you are responsible for a correct and safe return shipment. The parts do not necessarily have to be in the original packaging, but we strongly ask you to pack everything well and securely. Damage that occurs during transport is at your own risk.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refund

If everything is received back in good order (or you can prove that you have shipped it), we will refund you as soon as possible - no later than 14 days after your notification of withdrawal. The shipping costs for the return are at your expense. If you have only returned part of your order, you will not receive a refund of the original shipping costs.

We will refund you via the same payment method you used for the order.
