How we collect reviews

Only customers who have actually placed an order with us can leave a review. After completing your order, you’ll automatically receive an email invitation to share your experience. If you haven’t placed an order, you won’t receive an invitation and won’t be able to post a review. All reviews on our review page are therefore from verified customers.

We use the Judge.me tool to send out and collect reviews. This tool links each review to an actual order in our online store, ensuring its authenticity.

We publish both positive and negative reviews. Reviews are not purchased or paid for, and we do not offer any compensation or discount in exchange for a (positive) review. Received reviews are published immediately. They are reviewed within 5 business days.

A review will not be posted if it contains offensive, discriminatory, or objectionable language; includes personal information about third parties; does not pertain to our product or services; or cannot be demonstrably linked to an order.
